Our tour of Nepal will be a combination of all that overwhelms it’s visitors. We’ll tour the bustling capitol of Kathmandu and discover a kaleidoscope of cultures, languages, and religions. While trekking we’ll encounter a culture that is spiritually larger than the mountains themselves. Let go of the familiar and embrace a world that will truly change yours.
Day 1: Check in at Hotel Vaishali Thamel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Sawyambunath (Monkey Temples)
Day 2: Full day sightseeing tour to: Baudanath, Pashupatinath, Baktapur.
Day 3: Fly to Pokhara and drive to Nayapool and start trek to Birethanti(3,449 ft).
Day 4: Trek to Ulleri(4-5 hours, 6,791ft).
Day 5: Trek to Gorepani (9,022ft, 5 hrs.)
Day 6: Early morning hike up Poon Hill to see sun rise on Annapurna and Daulagiri. Trek to Gandrung. (6,362ft, 5/6 hrs.)
Day 7: Trek to Gandrung. (5/6hrs, 6,362ft)
Day 8: Rests day in Gandrung.
Day 9: Trek to Nayapol via Bhirethanti. 4/5 hours. Drive to Pokhara to Hotel Barahi. March 31: AM flight to Kathmandu. Afternoon visit to Durbar Square and local market.
Day 10: Sightseeing tour to Patan and Bungamati .
Day 11: Transfer to airport for final departures.

This trek is considered moderate, walking from 3,000ft to 9,760ft at an easy pace. But don’t take that lightly. Though the treks are not long as the crow flies, the mountains are high and the valleys are deep. It is unreasonable to expect that you will have an easy time walking unless you are in good physical condition. So please spend some time hiking in the mountains before departure. You’ll have way more fun.
The lowest elevation we will be in is in Pokhara at 2,000ft. Our highest point will be in Gorepani at 9,022ft. The spring in Nepal will be hot during the day and cool at night. I’ve actually been in snow in Gorepani in the spring and the fall). Therefore, you will want shorts/tshirts for the day and warm gear for the evenings. Layering is your best bet.
